To be eligible, over 50% of dialogue in film must be in American Sign Language, or Signed Language, using native sign language performers. Priority will be given to Deaf
Filmmakers. Films containing excess profanity, nudity, or violence will be declined.
Please submit your DVD in NTSC non-region format.

Note: DVDs will not be returned unless accompanied by SSAE. Submission fees are
non-refundable. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All items are subject to
availability. If your film is accepted, you will be notified by email. All information
will be sent via email, so please include an email address you use frequently.
